Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete a ReelTalk account is to open ReelTalk, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, enter DELETE, and confirm. This permanently starts deletion for the signed-in account.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot sign in or access the app, email support@reeltalk.site from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your ReelTalk username if you know it. Do not send your password, payment details, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why verification is required.
We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting. After verification, we will process the request without unreasonable delay and confirm when the request has been completed.
Data removed or retained
Deletion removes your authentication account and profile and deletes data tied to them through ReelTalk’s database deletion rules. Reviews and comments may remain only after the author link is removed, so the contribution is anonymous and no longer connected to your account.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, moderation, backup, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required. Those records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed. The Privacy Policy explains these practices in more detail.
Subscriptions and local data
Deleting your ReelTalk account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription through the storefront where it was purchased. You can remove local cache data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling ReelTalk.
